This is a general terms of service shared throughout all my services. To know more specific information surrouding each commission type those are listed on their services on VGen.
GENERAL
I may deny requests if I believe I cannot fulfill them in an adequate time or if they are out of my scope of skill.
PAYMENTS & FEES
Payment is through VGen.
If you do not want your commission to be featured in my portfolio or revealed in anyway, you must pay a 50% fee for NDA.
If needed to rush, that would be a 70%-100% fee.
DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
The deadlines is provided within the request process. Generally it will be at most a week, with on average the delivery being same day.
If an agreed upon deadline is subject to change, this will be communicated to the client and will be discussed. If an agreement can not be determined, a refund will be discussed.
USAGE
Do not use my work for any hate or discrimination: racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, ableism, zionism, islamophobia, antisemitism, fatphobia, or any other form of discrimination.
Do not use my work for harmful depictions of minors, fictional & real, or anything pedophilic or zoophilic.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Credit is necessary & very appreciated.
Do not claim authorship of my created or designed work.
Do not resell commissioned work to another party.
Ask for permission.
Do not sell my commissioned work individually or within a product. Ask for permission.
REFUNDS
You may request a refund if the completion of a commission is 50% or below! You will receive a refund that is half the price of the paid price. If work hasn't started you will receive a full-refund.
In the event of a refund, I may use, repurpose, or sell any of the work that I created during the commission. I will remove all of your personal assets, do not worry!
If I realize I cannot fulfill request, you will receive a 100% refund.
If there are no updates or communication from the artist within three weeks, you are entitled to a full refund.
COMMUNICATION
The main source of communication will be through Bluesky, Discord, or VGen! I personally prefer VGen!
